Excellent gluten free options. Most flavors are GF and they have flavors I haven’t been able to find GF. Their GF cones are delicious as well! The staff take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. They keep it as safe as you can with having gluten cones also on site. They also have a to go freezer with labeled GF ice creams. Highly recommend.

Sweet Science has quickly become my go-to ice cream option in the Twin Cities metro! I love being able to choose from a variety of flavor options that aren’t usually safe for me (cookies & cream, cayenne caramel brownie, etc.) and everything I’ve tried so far has been excellent!

Delicious sweet treat! Most of the flavors are gluten free, and my clerk told me that during their busiest months they try to keep all of the flavors gluten free. The only other gluten is pre-packaged cones, which are kept separate from the gluten free waffle cones. Plus there is a cute market square just outside to enjoy your ice cream on.

I think I just died and went to heaven. I just devoured salted caramel and cookies n cream inside a waffle cone. Every flavor today was gluten free. They even have gluten free stroopwaffles! Highly recommend.

The default here is gluten free!! And the ice cream is AMAZING. We had no issues at all eating there and my son got to have celiac-safe cookies n cream ice cream for the first time ever! Highly recommend.

Normally, about 90% of their flavors are gluten free, but the day we went, ALL of them were 😍 I did a split cup of peach cobbler with huge GF cobbler chunks, and hazelnut brownie 🥲 I wish I had known they do ice cream flights because I would’ve tried more!They rotate a few of the flavors monthly so there’s always something new to try. OH! And their waffle cones are all gluten free by default! Can’t ask for much more.

Oh my gosh! For the summer, all of their flavors are gluten free and they take cross very seriously! I had a gf waffle cone and the peanut butter cookie ice cream. So good! We got a few pints to go, too.... How often do we get GOOD cookies and cream?!

They pulled out clean scoops and fresh tubs of ice cream to ensure no cross contamination! All the flavors are clearly marked “gluten-free” or “contains gluten” (only 2 out of their 18 available flavors even had gluten) they also have really delicious gluten free waffle cones! Best ice cream we’ve had in the city- gluten free or not!

This ice cream is so good! Actually cookies and cream and cookie dough (CM). The waffle cone what a treat. Pricey but worth it.

OH MY GOODNESS!!! THIS PLACE IN AMAZING!!! They were super accommodating with my celiac disease (scooped from a new tub, used a new scooper, washed hands, etc.) and there were so many GF options! The cookies and cream flavor was GF! And it tasted amazing! They also have GF waffle cones, GF brownie ice cream, so many options!!! Seriously, 10/10!!

BEST selection of GF ice creams. Even have a waffle cone. Also the only nice cream shop I’ve been too where it’s their norm to use gf cookies and brownies. I have tried cookies and cream, caramel cayenne brownie, berry crumble, pistachio and vegan strawberries and cream. All were 10/10!
