Sweet yams is always excellent. The restaurant is dedicated gluten free and always delicious. I usually get the blackened chili love Salmon with rice and a salad. The Gluten free cupcakes are tasty too. I always tell myself I won’t order the GF Mac and cheese because, you know, trying to eat healthy, but it’s super good. Note that it’s not your traditional recipe with liquidy cheese. It’s like pasta with a delicious blend of cheeses melted over it. So good.

On a work trip and took a $15 Uber to get here. There’s no dining room- inside or out- right now. Takeout only. (They’re remodeling, not Covid related.) This isn’t on their social media either- or if it is it’s not prominent.

I’m excited to try it next time we’re in SA. It’s also a local and black-owned business which I love to support.

Had the GF Mac and Cheese with blackened chicken and a GF pumpkin cupcake. This place is amazing. Don't be fooled by the look of the place when you pull up, just remember the little shacks are usually the best. This place didn't disappoint.

Wow, wow, wow. Portions may look small, but that is deceiving. Had the Chicken Phili and my wife had turkey chili and Mac & Cheesy. All were awesome. Not enough room for my Sweet potato cupcake yet, but it looks amazing.

I had the Philly style chicken sandwich and the gf cupcake. Full of flavor and made with fresh peppers. The warm salad dressing was a special treat. If I lived here it would become a frequent favorite.

Really happy to have stopped by this place while visiting San Antonio. Menu had a ton of gluten free options. I had the gumbo, and it was very flavorful and we'll done. Finished off with a sweet potato cupcake, and I think I could have eaten a whole tray of these, very good! Staff was all very friendly and helpful!

What a great find! Worth the walk away from the river walk for this great spot. Almost everything is gluten free and everything was absolutely amazing. Had the gumbo, mac and cheese, and sweet potato cupcake.

I am a regular for the GF Mac 'n Cheese. I went yesterday and they were sold out of my favorite. I tried the sweet chili shrimp with brown rice and it was delicious and addictive. I am thinking about it now. Yum!

Lovely staff. As a vegan who has to be gluten free, I wouldn't say they specialize in vegan. I had a raw chili--which was crunchy and bland and a vegetable medley--which reminded me of the frozen Central Market stuff; just steamed and bland. I'd go back though...if the offerings were expanded or modified. I'm glad to see so many others enjoy it tho!

The food is delicious! I had the shrimp rice bowl with lemon, which came with a salad, and I had a side of the mixed greens (mustard, kale, and collards). All of it was delicious! I will definitely go back to try other dishes. :)

Great, yummy, heathy food. What a find!! Nice folks running the place. The 3 owners choose to eat gf. They are in the process of moving down the street so you might want to check google. This is the kind of business you love to support, but the payoff is aWESOME food. I had turkey chili, the boys demolished the gf Mac and cheese and my hubby likes the gumbo.

Very good though limited menu. Vegan, vegetarian, chicken and shrimps bowls with rice and salad. They are planning to expand. Not every thing is GF. Everything a I've tried has been very good. Everyone in party liked what they ordered, though not all are gluten intolerant.
