Review of Sweet

I quickly visited the shop to see their gluten free offerings. I find that a lot of bakeries make half-hearted efforts to have gluten free options. But Sweet was not one of those bakeries b/c their gluten free offerings featured special and unique pairings to truly give GF patrons a proper taste of what the bakery has to offer. I purchased the Lime Mango cupcakes to-go and ate one the following morning. The cupcake was moist, tasty, and reflected the flavors indicated. The lime was the gentle but prominent note and the mango was more subtle (in the filling?). The frosting was good, too (3/5 stars, as it good, it wasn't memorable). The flavors were pleasant and did not taste artificial (like lime and mango can sometimes be, if not done correctly). Would I return? Yes. In fact, I am excited to try the other GF pastries!
