Really great açai bowls and smoothies. Everything fresh and flavourful. If they know you need gluten-free, they’re really nice and accommodating and will take extra steps to make sure the ingredients are 100 percent gluten free. I avoided the spirulina since it was in powder form and the staff couldn’t say for sure if it was gf ( packaging on the container they were using didn’t clearly say GF) I do wish they had clearer GF indicators on menu items, but all Ingredients are listed. Definitely recommend

This is a cute little cafe place! I got a gluten free wrap and a smoothie and I was in heaven! Everything was delicious! When I ordered my wrap the nice lady at the counter asked if I wanted it pressed. I said no because I knew that the flour wraps were pressed on the same surface. It does say on the menu though that gluten free wraps are only offered at specific locations.

The granola is gluten free. If you’re getting a bowl all the ingredients are GF. The base’s are all GF, the granola, the fruit. Just make sure you getting toppings that are GF.

I happened upon this place by accident and I was intrigued immediately. Their decor and color scheme is what got me in the door, but their employees and menu items are what got me to stay. I was very nervous to try anything here as there were no reviews on FMGF but I decided to take a chance and order a smoothie bowl and I am SO glad I did. The staff ensured me that nearly everything in the establishment is GF aside from their wraps, some salad dressings & granola (they have GF granola by the way, but I never eat granola for safety). I did the BYOB (build your own bowl) and chose everything that would go inside it. It was delicious! They wiped down the counter space and changed gloves for me before prepping my bowl as a precaution. I will definitely be back to try their salads & will update my review then! It is a bit pricey, but its comparable to the area and for what they offer. Extremely vegan and vegetarian friendly as well.
