Usually love this place but sometimes I feel a little off after eating here. Today I tested my bowl with my Nima and gluten found. Explains that! I checked their ingredients on their website and shocked to see “may contain wheat” statements on almost their whole menu. So so disappointing. Do better.

So great to find celiac safe poke! Fresh fish and great toppings to compliment. My favorite is the spicy tuna bowl with extra ginger. The crispy onions on top are *chef’s kiss*. Love that I can order anything on the menu without worry. They also have vegan options.

I liked the bowl I ordered because the bamboo rice was good with the crispy onion and the crispy garlic. They forgot my ponzu, tho. Sadness. But, all was good. Their vanilla iced tea is great. The quality of fish was nice. The quantity of the fish wasn’t abundant but it was enough for the rice.

Blah blah blah ~ I like this place and will come back when I’m in SoCal.

This poke is really good! The bamboo rice and black rice are both good - and the citrus kale is great too. The fish is fresh.

Getting Sweetfin Belmont Shores on the gf map! Happy to have a great, safe, dedicated gf poke space in Long Beach. Have never had an issue from any of the sweetfin restaurants I’ve been to.
