Pricey but worth it! You get a choice of quite a few toppings, and they give you a lot! Most of their ingredients are sourced locally, and are very yummy.

Love the app, the rewards and the GF labeling! Have had a few people that roll their eyes when I ask them to change gloves but other than that would highly recommend this chain and location.

Knowledgeable staff. Plenty of gf options on the menu. The staff can help you dictate what is gf when making a custom salad. Highly recommend

I’m so glad this place opened! There are only two gluten ingredients and they’re clearly labeled. As of this writing, only one salad has a gluten ingredient. Bread is offered on the side, so just say no. The salads are fresh and delicious and the service is friendly. If you like salads and light meals, give it a try. Highly recommended! The only caveat is that it gets super crowded from 12-1. It can be frustrating to get a table. Yelp is reporting issues with to go orders, but I’ve only eaten in the restaurant and haven’t had any complaints in four visits. If you can get there at 11:45 or 1:00, you’ll be good to go. They also have an app that makes it easy to order to go. They don’t take cash, just credit.

I eat here way too much. Great, safe, quick, healthy (depending on your salad) food. I'm a very sensitive Celiac and have never had issues. The harvest bowl is the best, in my opinion.

I like the Chicken and Brussels.I gave it four stars because - like at Chipotle- I am shy- and don’t like having to say- “Hi! i am very gluten allergic- would you please put on new gloves and be extra cautious to not touch gluten as you create my order?”

Despite the menu markings for GF the person who served me had no idea & tried to sell me an option that was clearly unsafe. When I repeated that I needed a gluten-free option he just looked at me blankly. Beware!

Clearly label which menu items have gluten (most don't) and all salad dressings are GF. Really good fresh food, veggie or meat options. Only thing to be careful of: some servers will throw a giant slice of baguette on top of your salad without asking!! So just make sure to say 'no bread' at the beginning of your order.

One of the staff members put bread on my salad after I asked her not to. Then she explained to me how GF bread doesn't exist and is a myth (fun fact: Sweetgreen in Palo Alto does have GF bread), and offered to have her manager explain to me why gluten free bread isn't real. Ridiculous. Even the manager didn't know what gluten was. And then finally she said they would not remake the salad after the bread touched it (again, after I requested no bread). I will of course not be returning. Please be careful here.

Many of their menu choices are already gf. You can make your own salads too. When I mentioned that I had a gluten allergy, both employees on the lines changed their gloves and washed their hands thoroughly. They used new utensils to prevent cross contamination. It's a bit expensive for a salad, but tasty and a safe lunch option

Unbelievable attention to detail!! I informed my server of celiac and she washed her hands and put in new gloves then conveyed that it was an allergy order so she walked the salad until the register. She then went over the menu in detail and asked if other ingredients were ok. Salad was amazing!!!

I got sick here after ordering something that had clearly been marked as gluten free. I think it must have been the miso sesame ginger dressing in the shroomami bowl. Their menu isn't accurately labeled at all.

Sweetgreen's allergy protocol is great. I informed the first person in the assembly line that I had Celiac Disease. She called over one employee (go, Kevin!), who washed his hands, put on a new pair of gloves, and handled my order from start-to-finish without being asked. Another employee began to approach my food and he was very assertive in saying "Hold up, that's an allergy order". As my order was moving down the counter, he told each employee he came close to that it was an allergy order and they backed away to keep it as clear of cross-contamination as possible, which I really appreciated. I did not ask them to open new boxes of ingredients for me, but I am confident that they would have if I had asked.Kevin was very friendly and had no problem handling an allergy order even during the lunch rush. He was also very patient when I couldn't hear him over the counter because of the crowd. The vast majority of menu items are GF, but those that are not are clearly marked. I was so glad to have such delicious options and such accommodating servers, especially on my first visit. I'll definitely be back because I felt great after a healthy and delicious GF lunch.

Amazing salads. I love how this place naturally is pretty much 97% GF. The quinoa/farro, and croutons are off limits, but I always substitute wild rice for the quinoa/farro and never want to have croutons in my SG salads. So, nbd. This is my go-to place for salads. I wouldn't go elsewhere for a salad unless I was under a time crunch and SG wasn't nearby. They also have an app in which you can build rewards, order ahead online, and pay. Only downside--they don't accept cash and that isn't advertised well. I've seen a couple customers caught off guard by it without any other form of payment. Although not accepting cash isn't a problem for me, I can and have seen how it is a problem for many other people. If SG continues to do this, their no-cash policy should be blatantly obvious.

Be careful. Came in and ordered the Bento Bowl because the menu indicated that it did not contain gluten. However, the staff wasn't really sure if it did or didn't when I said I had a gluten allergy. The guy that tossed the salad then went to grab bread to put in it as he asked if I wanted it. All in all, great salad, tasty steelhead, and totally safe.

The menu indicates items that contain gluten. They serve a bread slice with each salad and while employees are supposed to ask if you want it before stuffing it into your salad, 1 out of 10 times a bread slice does make contact. Otherwise, the food is great and I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a great salad.
