I got a salad that was very good and came marked with an allergy flag! There were very limited options that were gluten free though.

The serloin was amazing and I didn’t get sick! My food came out with a little “allergy” stick in it, and they took me seriously when I told them I had celiac. Not a ton of GF options, but I was happy with the options that had.

Been here twice since the diagnosis and never had a problem. The menu is clearly labeled and the hostess was gluten sensitive. She went through the menu with me. Had a bunless burger (they have gf buns but I don’t need them) with a side of broccolini which was good. Basic pub food which all I needed.

Quite a few Gluten free options as well as Gluten free beer. Items are marked GS “gluten sensitive” and bartender was well informed of options.

They offered a fair amount of gluten free choices and labeled them on the menu. I got a salad and the Kung pao cauliflower appetizer. The appetizer was really good and the salad was fair, slightly bland. They had a good selection of ciders as well.
I’m not sure about the kitchen practices and risk of cross contamination.
Huge salad portions. Had the steak chopped salad. Would eat here again.
Yes
Came here because of chicken wings being listed as GF. Our waitress informed us they are made in the same oil as everything else that contains gluten so we passed and ended up only eating salads. I am grateful that staff were knowledgeable but wish their menu wouldn’t be as deceiving.
No
If you are highly sensitive stick to salads and omelets. The GF options in the entre section are NOT GF. The nacho cheese is made with flour and the chips are fries in a shared fryer. The chicken wing sauce is made with bourbon....
My adult daughter is a celiac. We went to Sweetwater specifically because of their GF menu. At the counter we inquired about a separate kitchen, and we were assured that was the case, and that they could make her food gluten free. We were told yes. We sat down and reviewed the menu. We wanted the Gluten free option of Chicken Nachos. The waiter- whom we have much respect for- informed us that it wasn't really gluten free. They put flour on the cheese and the corn tortilla chips. We addressed the menu which says they have a gluten free option, and he assured us that it wasn't really gluten free. It was reduced gluten. I spoke with the manager and she said the same. I suggested they change their menu and stop advertising things as gluten free when there is actually gluten in them. She paid fir the drinks we ordered (1 pop, 1 beer) but we left without drinking them. We are discouraged that so many do not understand or appreciate the risk to celiacs. We are grateful to the waiter who saved my daughter from getting sick.

They have gluten free wings, but they are NOT gluten free. They use the same fryers as battered foods. Also, the chicken nachos are marked gluten free, but the cheese sauce is NOT gluten free. We will NOT go back to a restaurant who marks items gf that are not.
The menu is marked for GF items. The food was tasty, and the server was very knowledgeable, and very cautious about gf.
Had to look up the gluten-free menu online because they were printing new ones and didn't have a list. No bread, so ordered a burger without the bun. Then they put croutons on my side salad anyway.
Gluten free options are super lame. They're just burgers without a bun (so, a hunk of ground beef) or a sandwhich without a bun/bread. Actually, they do have two seafood items so they really only have 2 gluten free items. Wish places like this weren't listed in the mobile app. Luckily, South Water Kitchen was a block away (although, much more expensive but you get what you pay for) so I didn't have to walk much farther.
Very knowledgable. Separate menu. Excellent food. Nice wine too. Lovely French rose.
gluten free options are just burgers and sandwiches without the bun. service is good.
