The restaurant staff was very nice and my family enjoyed their meal…and I appreciated their honesty regarding gluten free options. However, as someone very sensitive to gluten who can’t risk cross-contamination, I just did not feel comfortable eating here. They have gluten free rolls available, but there wasn’t a specific gluten free menu and they didn’t seem to really understand my question asking about how the food was prepared and if they cleaned surfaces or cooked gluten and gluten free on the same grill. My kids were fine as they just have to avoid gluten to help control their Crohn’s disease but luckily, I had planned ahead and made a protein shake before we went because I would not have felt safe and didn’t want to be sick for our vacation.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and conscientious. I have both gluten & soy sensitivities and they were wonderful about double checking for hidden soy. They offer gluten free buns and they were honestly the best GF buns I’d had - soft and didn’t fall apart. Wonderful burger! Beautiful historic building. Quiet courtyard and covered patio for outdoor dining. Highly recommend.

They have pulled pork with bbq sauce that is gluten free. Our waitress was very cautious and asked many questions to make sure everything was safe.
