For dinner, GF items are not marked on the menu, but many items can be prepared GF. Let the server know about a gluten allergy and ask for a manager to go over the options with you.

Food quality is very good, though portion sizes are small and prices are high (expected for on-mountain dining at this level).

For breakfast, tell your server about gluten allergy. They can fix eggs to order, can make GF toast, and bacon is GF and should not get cross-contaminated. Yogurt and fruit from the buffet should also be ok.
