Very knowledgeable on cross contamination. Assured that gluten free food is prepared in a completely separate area of the kitchen. All gluten free cakes are kept well away from other cakes in a glass unit. Most of the menu is available gluten free. They are very accommodating and the food is tasty - best gluten free buns I have had! I have been back multiple times and always treated fantastically and never felt ill after eating (and I am very sensitive to gluten).
