They have all major allergens marked on their menu. Not sure exactly what precautions they take for gluten allergies as I wasn't the one ordering for us, but we had: chicken biryani, chicken jalfrezi, chicken tikka, chana saag aloo, bombay potatoes, poppadoms, and plain rice. All delicious and didn't have any coeliac reactions after. Really enjoyed it
