Very good, spicy food & juices! I was able to get a grain-free meal & a fruit-free juice. However, I was up all night with a bloated abdomen & gas pains from possibly the brewers yeast that they put in their sauces. The restaurant has ingredient lists for everything that they serve & they're very knowledgeable & helpful. However, since they pre-make their sauces, they will not leave brewers yeast out of their sauce. And, they take offense if you tell them that it's possible that your body had a bad reaction to it. I had also purchased a bag of their sunflower chips, which are grain-free. They're actually pretty good, but they're a bit spicy.

Very very very GLUTEN FRIENDLY! Food is fresh and tasty. Friendly vibe and clean fresh atmosphere. Staff is wonderful. Will be back to try another combo. A bit pricey for a you order at counter place but worth it for local and fresh healthy eats.

Gluten free and safe? Yes definitely. Tasty? Nope! Each one of us had a different sauce and every one was bland. Plus our 4 bowls took over 30 minutes to get and there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. So I gave 5 stars ONLY based on the safety of food being GF.

Very knowledgeable. When you tell them you are celiac they write in on the order ticket (even with almost everything on the menu being gluten free). It’s on our top list of places to go now!
