My date and I dined at Symmetry a few evenings ago and the food was delicious. The Do NOT have a gluten-free menu and items on the menu are not marked gluten-free. However, they were very accommodating and helpful about making sure everything I ate was gf. Our servers, Amy and Garret, were very knowledgeable about the menu and also made repeated trips to the kitchen to verify gf items. I had the Sea Bass but it was modified in order to be gf. I also had the Potatos au Gratin and some sautéed mushrooms. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was great.
