Brand new restaurants always make us nervous, but staff took great care of my GF (non celiac) husband. Chef came out to personally go over options and since they don’t have a dedicated GF fryer, chef offered to pan fry our dish to prevent any cross contamination. Everything was amazing! Highly recommend
