Symposium Café is the epitome of a warm and cozy coffee shop. However, they have taken an elegant twist to their menu items. They pride themselves on their premium coffee as well as their extensive list of smoothies and juices. Gluten-free options are easy to spot on their menu, with a "GF" next to the appropriate items.
