The menu has a few items (like maybe 5 things total off their huge menu) that are marked as "gluten friendly." They have a large disclaimer on the bottom saying they cannot guarantee no cross-contamination. They do NOT have a dedicated gf fryer, so I had my steak frites with a side salad. Was a little disappointed by the lack of selection given how big their menu was. Also my "gluten friendly" dish was significantly smaller than the other portions, and just as expensive 🙄 but the food was tasty.

Servers were not well informed on allergies and dietary restrictions, after several consultations with the kitchen and myself, i still ended up getting glutened and feeling unwell after eating here

They offer GF options and have amazing GF Alfredo pasta dish with rice bun. Take extra care and make sure your meal is separate from others.
