Syrenita Food Truck

Syrenita Food Truck makes authentic Mexican food. Their tacos are amazing! The owner is well informed of gluten free options. Everything is gluten free, except for quesadillas (made with flour tortillas). He makes all his tacos with soft corn tortillas, grilled on the cooktop, corn tamales, all fresh! He has different options. Lots of different meats like shrimp, steak, chicken, pork, Mexican sausage, etc. He also makes "birria" tacos. Ask about them, they're delicious! I have also gotten shrimp tacos, pork tamales, and what's called the "shrimp box"- it's grilled shrimp, Mexican rice, black beans, sliced cucumber, and fresh salsa. Everything is made fresh! If you don't wanna drive out to Pace, they're on Door Dash! This is my family's favorite place to pick up food- we go several times a month. There's tons to choose from and I always know I'm safe to eat there! Nothing is marked gluten free on the menu, but everything is gluten free (all meats, sauces, vegetables, rice, salsa, etc) except the quesadillas (uses flour tortillas) you can ask him to change gloves or whatever will make you feel comfortable ordering.
