The main menu doesn't say it but like many other food pies in the park itbsays to talk to them about allergens.

These were absolutely delicious. We had the chocolate ones and strawberry jam too. The best Gluten-free Belgian Style Waffles I've had. My family has various degrees of sensitivity and no one had any issues or reactions. They have a dedicated station for making GF with 2 machines/presses. They take the jams/sauces from designated containers (not shared with reg waffels). Not sure where the batter is prepared or how close to the regular flour it might be but they seem to take it seriously.
