Szechuan Restaurant

I just had the most amazing meal at Szechuan. They had explicit options on the menu and there was a younger man (seemed like the owner’s son) who was very knowledgeable and asked if shared fryer was ok. I can’t do shared fryer, so he suggested other options. I’m pretty sensitive and never felt sick!
