Excellent communication with explaining what Celiac is and how cross-contamination is important. Vanessa, our server, was awesome. She made sure she asked appropriate questions about gluten-free food and explained how things are cooked in their restaurant. WIth her help, we planned our meal, and it was excellent; tomahawk, potatoes, asparagus, salad.
