T-Bones Great American Eatery

Decent sized and reasonably diverse menu. Server very knowledgeable. Ordered the C.B.C Sandwich. Very nice GF Brioche roll. 2 large pieces of chicken! Very tasty. Fries not separately fried, which is disappointing.

Limited menu of GF usual choices: steak, salmon, salad, etc. Do not have dedicated GF space or fryer.

What they do have is a great GF brioche roll for burgers and one other sandwich. Also have GF pizza and pasta.

Burger and sweet potato fries were great and cooked just right!

Wait staff & kitchen cooks totally uninformed about Celiac. Asked if it was ok to cook my food in the same fryer as other food.

Have not been to TBones in a long time. Host was knowledgeable. Waitress was also very knowledgeable (although mother has celiac so she was familiar) she did even double checked everything with manager. Fryer is not dedicated so we avoided that. No dedicated gf menu except for mention of gluten free buns. Also got gf bread at the beginning. Ordered a burger with fresh seasonal veggies. Will be back and will update with other returns visits.

No longer have a gf menu. Inexperienced staff that did not seem confident with our questions, if you have celiac be extremely wary! This goes for Cactus Jack’s as well.
