The crepe was good! But they do not have the savory crepes at this location like the online menu suggests. The employees did not really know about gluten but they were very nice and I did not get sick after eating.

All crepes are rice flour and gluten free. Sone other ingredients are not but GF ingredients are marked on menu and any crepe can be made GF with one button.
You can also ask for milk or bubble tea to be made sugar free.
They are very conscientious. Great addition to Fairfield!
