't Zusje is a tapas restaurant. They have a gluten free menu, it's the same as the regular menu but with al the tapas that contain gluten crossed out leaving you a small choice in tapas. For the fries they have a gluten dedicated fryer.
I went with work and called in advance to discuss my options. No problem, they say they are familiar with celiac disease.
You will get a little flag in your tapas saying they're glutenfree. I got a couple of rounds of tapas without the flag so I made sure to check extra if it really was glutenfree. They checked in the kitchen.
With desert (I ordered the raspberry cheesecake, they make it without the crumble crust thingy). It came without the flag so I double checked. Again, they said it would be safe.
It wasn't and I got glutened.
