Update: they have indoor and outdoor seating now!
The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about what is possible to make gluten free and what is cross contaminated (they don't have a dedicated fryer).
I've eaten in, ordered there, and done delivery and had no issues.

All the main course items are made Gluten Free. There is a selection of appetizers that are not made with gluten but share same fryer as gluten containing items.
Owner is knowledgeable about gluten and overall quality of ingredients is high.
