I'm gluten, dairy, corn and soy free. I'm accustomed to limited choices. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients in the dishes. I ordered the duck breast and 2 side vegetable dishes. The food was spectacular. I had no problems with contamination. This is fine hotel dining with very fresh, farm to table cuisine.

Not celiac friendly place at all. They can't guarantee anything, but were very upfront about it. They only carry gluten reduced beer and have it incorrectly labeled as gluten free. Shared fryer as well.

Very high end menu, but all dishes are made from scratch and the chef will cook and substitute to make it GF. Waitstaff very knowledgeable and very helpful. Worth the money and trip. They were open on Sunday night, hard to find a really good restaurant like this open. Do look at the cocktail menu, the Agave Way is excellent!
