Great service, good food. Our server, Melissa, was absolutely fantastic…extremely knowledgeable of the menu and even offered additional GF modifications that could be made in addition to what was marked on the menu. She also inquired about sensitivity to cross contamination and any other food allergies. The chicken enchiladas with green sauce were very tasty. However, I would say this would not be a safe choice for those with celiac due to cross contamination.
Our B and B does not serve breakfast on Saturday mornings so they sent us to Table Mesa for breakfast. There are just not that many choices to begin with. Our server was fabulous and knowledgeable, food was mediocre. The eggs had so many onions in them it was more like onions with a little bit of eggs, potatoes had no flavor berries were fabulous.
I’ve eaten here a couple of times over the last month. I was hesitant because of the previous review, but had great experiences both times. Servers were very knowledgeable about the menu and what could be made gluten free and without cross contamination. I had the birria quesadilla and the shrimp Lucy quesadilla (without the poblano sauce) with no reaction. Chips are cross contaminated in a shared dryer, but all the sides are gf. Would recommend!
I have always loved this restaurant and I ate here many times with zero issues regarding my severe Celiac. But I was just glutened for the second time yesterday and I won't be able to go back to try giving them a third chance. I have always gone over with them before ordering all of the issues regarding keeping everything gluten-free and I'm always reassured that I'll be safe. However, the last two visits ended up with me being glutened. Not the type that feels life-threatening, but definitely miserable due to cross-contamination. Oh well, there are plenty of others around here, luckily, that are safe.
AMAZING. Amazing food. Great drinks. Great service. Tip: do not order the white queso, it has flour. The yellow queso is GF. Chips safe too. Ordered tamales and birria quesadillas and it was so good.
Quite good meal. Waitress was great but wasn't super knowledgable about gluten free options - she went to the kitchen to be sure. Cocktails were fantastic. No gluten free chips (shared frier). Mahi mahi in tacos was disappointing and tasteless, but rice and beans were fantastic. Husband raved about surfer burrito; mom loved salmon salad and stepdad loved his very big, juicy burger! Lots of options so it's easy to please everyone. Like the exposed brick walls and ambiance, but it's REALLY loud and was hard for the parents to hear us. If I were rating on a normal site I'd say 4 stars, but for celiac-friendliness I give it 5.
Food was tasty and plentiful. Wait staff helpful and knowledgable regarding GF. Not a GF kitchen but carefully prepared. Really nice atmosphere and view of Bentonville Square and Walton 5 - 10 Museum.
