The server was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free. There are a few different options for substitutions. Be sure to let them know if you are celiac because they mentioned cross contamination may occur with some things. Really great experience overall!!

Very accommodating! The waitress knew what was and was not gluten free, they were able to do substitutions for dishes with gluten elements. I did call ahead and let them know on arrival that I have celiacs and they did everything in separate, cleaned pans. They actually did it for the whole table so we could all share without worry.
