Came in to ask that I was allergic to gluten, the waitress told me they can advise the kitchen about celiac situation. Was glad they were aware of the disease. Was hesitating between egg Benedict and bfast poutine. After ordering the poutine they came back and told me the potatoescould be contaminated and offered the eggs over. GF bread. Felt very safe and was delicious.
