Woah! AMAZING. You know you’re going to have a good time and eat good when the first thing the waiter asks is if there are any allergies. I got the miso broth with the clear noodles completely gf and was absolutely delicious ! I definitely recommend.
Had a great experience and super safe. They ask when you sit down allergies and have colored markers they put at your spot that correspond with certain allergies so that way all servers who come by know your allergies and won’t serve you anything you can’t have. Also all sauce bottles were labeled with what allergens they have in them. Super fun atmosphere and the miso soup broth was super yummy!
They had two gf hot hot broth options and gf noodles to choose from - super delicious and I assembled the soup myself so I knew it was safe. They handled the broth in front of me so I felt that there was little chance of cross contamination. Loved it!
