Avoid this restaurant! I used to bring my kids here when they were young and it’s a local favorite. After finding out my daughter and I are celiac, I called to see what might be safe for us. The woman who answers the phone and is at the register told me, “No, no gluten free. We don’t do that here.” We will never risk it.
I get the tacos,rice, beans and the chips may be in their own fryer but I've gotten conflicting answers. Good salsa bar. There is a very crabby lady taking the orders. She must be the owner because she is horrible. She would be fired if she wasn't the owner or family of the owner. I'm done going there. The food is decent but no better than places that appreciate their customers.
Stopped in here the other day with work colleagues and was nervous since I do have celiac and am sensitive. I opted for nachos since it was corn chips and mostly veggies. Girl behind counter said all of there chips and corn tortillas were gluten free and she would make sure they washed hands before handling my food. They do not have a separate GF menu. She was very nice and reassuring. Food was overall really good and the variety of salsa was great. No tummy issues or fatigue after eating. Will come back if I am in the area again.

I get the tacos(chicken or steak) and tamales fairly often - no issues
We get the tacos and chicken rice soup and they are great. The salsa bar is fantastic too.
