Had gringo tacos combo with ground beef and carne asada platter. Also had their nachos and hot sauces. Never got sick. Great prices, great tasting food. I have no idea what is gluten free and never asked. I just went with my gut and by what the other reviewers said. They have a drive-thru restaurant named Burrito King that is also located in Anchorage.

They do not have a dedicated fryer for their chips and didn’t really know about gluten in their ingredients. I didn’t stay so couldn’t say if I might have reacted to it, just didn’t want to risk it.

I didn't get sick form here!!! I ordered the Carne Asada. When I ordered they weren't familiar with gluten or celiac, so I explained I can't have wheat. That kinda scared me, but overall it was a good experience, I'll def go back.

I'm not sure if the fryer is dedicated to the chips, but I've never gotten sick from them. I normally get the carne asada platter. I've been told neither the rice nor beans have any flour. Stay away from the enchilada sauce. That is made with flour. Please add more info to this site if anyone finds out more. It's normally busy and hard to find time to talk to the cooks. *** Confirmed the new bean recipe is gluten free.
