They told me if you notify them you have celiac they will whipe down the area and changes gloves before making your tacos. Additionally, the chips are in a separate fryer so they are to good to go. 90% of the menu is gf.

I always tell them ahead of time our restrictions and they are all knowledgeable about the menu. Items are clearly marked as gluten free which is super helpful. Their chips and guac are my fave!!! Everything is made in house and super fresh/clean ingredients

Yummy! They have gluten free items marked on the menu (the shrimp are marked gluten free but that is a misprint). They also have a dedicated fryer now for chips. They were very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely be adding them to our rotation when in OKC!

Celiac

I visited Taco Nation after seeing their menu had many GF options. Their corn tortillas are out of this world and the tacos were delicious and safe! Unfortunately the chips are prepared using a shared fryer, so that’s super disappointing. I was very impressed with the staff for answering all of my questions despite the long line. The owner even came to the front to inquire if it was an allergy or celiac disease and proceeded to discuss their kitchen protocols. I felt bad for holding up the line but it was so refreshing to have a restaurant and their staff take time to make me feel safe and not a burden! I highly recommend! (If you’re there tell them you want a separate fryer for the chips and just maybe they will add it!)
