They do a great job with GF most of the time...occasionally I have to remind them that they can't touch the non-gf tortillas then come back to making mine. It seems to be a bigger issue when they are busy and trying to multitask while my tortillas are warming. Good vegan tacos also. Beware that the guac contains Greek yogurt if you are dairy free.
