Taco Republic

They do not have a dedicated fryer. The chips they brought to the table are fried in a shared fryer although they are marked gluten free. I ordered tacos with the shredded chicken on taco Tuesday. Tacos were decent, but could use more flavor. The beef have gluten so I made sure to stick to chicken. My mom didn't like her nachos and my son didn't like the quesadillas. They are not gluten free. Service was alright. Waitress didn't seem too bothered that I needed gluten free. Didn't ask any questions though.
