Knowledgeable about gluten allergies/intolerance. The only thing available are the street tacos as the nacho chips are fried in the same oil the flour tortilla ones. They did a thorough job cleaning the grill in front of me though they did warn me of a small chance of cross contamination. I watched them and felt they did a really great job getting it clean.
Thankfully, I LOVE street tacos. The grilled steak with some cilantro, onion, and lime hit the spot after a long day of travel. This is pretty legit Mexican food (as a long time SoCal resident I consider myself an expert) and the flavors were spot on.
Highly recommend this place. And maybe if more people start coming with GF issues they’ll be able to buy a separate fryer for the chips.
