They marinate all their meats (other than pork) in gluten-containing soy sauce. They are able to do corn tortilla, but the only options are pork, yam, veg, and tuna. All are pretty bad as well.

Staff was definitely knowledgeable - they listed every item on the menu that could be made GF. I got a couple of gringas, and they were really good, and I did not get sick. That being said, at 1 PM in late November, we waited about an hour total (about 35 minutes in line to order and another 25 for our food after ordering). Maybe come right when it opens to avoid the wait?

We have eaten lunch here every day for each of our stay (2-3x per year) over quite a number of years. Never had an issue. They take the cross contamination very seriously and seem to be very knowledgeable.

My daughter felt very comfortable. They have an excellent protocol and are very careful. They use new containers and wrap everything. The staff do warn you that it is a very small kitchen but they are very cautious. My very sensitive daughter ate h ere twice without any issues excellent tacos

Great experience here as a celiac! Not a ton of options, but it's a food truck, so was impressed by my choices. The person who took my order was knowledgeable about celiac and assured me that they had protocols in place (changing gloves, seperate food prep area), they answered all my questions. I got the grilled chicken burrito in a bowl which was very good! Came with corn tortillas on the side which I opted out of. They called out my name and confirmed it was a celiac order. Other options would have been grilled fish, veggie, or tuna. WARNING: the tuna option is marinated with soy sauce - unless you ask otherwise.

Not as many gf options as we thought. Grilled fish not available. Beef has flour on it. Pork taco was good. Burrito bowl is mostly cabbage as opposed to rice. The kids were not huge fans. Overall not on our top ten taco places. Not worth a 2 hr line. We got there at 11 am and waited only about 20 mins or so.

Great experience overall, got the grilled chicken burrito but in a bowl. Was offered corn tortillas on the side but passed. Amazing and big portions, definitely worth making the stop!!

I had a recommendation from a fellow celiac friend that this place is safe. The staff is very careful in the small kitchen to keep things separate. I got 3 tacos: bean, vegan, and fish (which was grilled). So delicious with generous portions. Felt fine afterwards.

I’m a celiac. They couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination, but they did have a separate area to make everything and they grilled my fish instead of deep frying. I had a corn-based bean gringa, and a fish taco, I felt fairly comfortable ordering here and I didn’t get sick.
