The website stated that all restaurants but one had a dedicated fryer, however this location opened after that was written. No dedicated fryer. However, the waitress was well informed of gf options. What she didn't know, she asked the chef. We couldn't get the braised goat because they added beer to the braise. But there was enough option that we had a great lunch. It's a little pricey, but great for a fun day out.

Please don’t be misled by other reviews, not safe for celiacs, no separate fryer and prep space, they are clear it isn’t a gluten free environment.

Most of their food truck menu is gluten free and very yummy. They have other locations in the city. Their salsa is what made the tacos above average.
