No GF menu but very accommodating. Newer restaurant - they were willing to make me GF chips in a separate fryer because they weren’t that busy. Owner Luis is thinking about cooking all the chips in a dedicated fryer full time. The more feedback he gets for that, the better chance! He was also willing to make any fried dish in that fryer too - for example flautas made with corn tortillas. Most of the menu he said is GF and they understand protocols. I had the steak fajitas and they were excellent. The chips and salsa were very good (personally I love chunky salsa more) but I was so happy just to have chips!
