Tacos are cheap and delicious. They will change gloves and thoroughly clean the grill too before assembling your tacos. I’ve eaten here several times without getting sick.

I chatted with the employee taking my order, and the food itself is gluten free, except for the beer and the flour tortillas of course. If you have great concerns about cross contamination, this isn’t the place for you. Otherwise, it’s fantastic and cheap food.

Been here a handful of times and just on the most recent visit got glutened. They were busy, and thinking back I kind of don’t see how cross contamination wouldn’t happen with so many sandwiches and flour tortillas all sharing surfaces. I did not ask for extra attention though because it hadn’t been an issue before, so I definitely would in the future
They don't have a dedicated surface however the tacos themselves are gluten free and so delicious. I've eaten here several times and never gotten sick (celiac). I'm very diligent and even fast after I've accidentally ingested gluten, but to me this place is just worth the risk.
If you want reasonably priced tacos in Capitol Hill, this is the place. I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick.
Amazing food and good place for GF as long as they aren't busy. The cooktop is used for both flour and corn tortillas they can't clean it to avoid cross contamination during a rush but when they are slow they will take the time for you to clean it before they make your food.
Tacos come on corn tortillas. They are delicious. The menu is not marked with any allergens, and some items do not have a comprehensive list of ingredients.
