Tacos Don Perez

Great spot! Permanent food truck - they use corn tortillas for their tacos and confirmed don’t use anything with gluten in their marinades. They fry their tortillas on the grill, same as where they make some of their gluten containing stuff, but I’ve never had a problem with a reaction. Don’t sleep on the mushroom tacos!
