I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Tacos Los Gordos. Their restaurant is almost entirely gluten free! The owner wanted to make the restaurant gluten free, but added in burritos on flour tortillas and fried fish. Everything else is gluten free! All of the tacos are gluten free and the chips are fried in a separate fryer from the fried fish so they are celiac safe. Besides being gluten free, the food is amazing! They hand grind their masa in house with corn bought from Mexico. Their meat is flavorful and their tortillas are cooked fresh to order. We love Tacos los Gordos!
