I read the previous review and decided not to order anything that was deep fried despite the GF on the menu. Typically as a sensitive Celiac I always ask about cross contamination with fried food and rarely is it safe. Seems to me that very few restaurants stating GF actually understand the true meaning of their statement. Most don’t understand soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce and oats as items that have gluten in them. Eating out is always a judgement call.
I spent several weeks in Mexico travelling with great success with the food so I was willing to give this a shot.
I ordered the tacos and had 3 different ones, Pollo Pibil, Al Pastor and Rajas Poblanas. Washed it down with a Horchata.
I was fine, no adverse reactions and was rewarded with some of the tastiest tacos I’ve ever had. I will definitely return and keep away from the deep fryer.
