Definitely needs a GF menue. And there is definitely cross contamination- fried peppers - are they fried in new oil ? And a new pan for Celiac ?

We discussed thay fake crab is not GF and it still ended up in the food. Not good.

Most of the wait staff here is able to help you understand which rolls are safe and which aren’t. They have always been happy to bring me out GF soy sauce from the back of the kitchen!

The waitress was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the gluten content of their sushi rolls. She suggested several of the plain options since the sauced ones that contain Sriracha aren't gf. She also made sure to bring me gf soy sauce in a separate dish which I appreciated. She double checked my order with someone in the kitchen and they advised me to stay away from anything with imitation crab. There should be other options available such as their seaweed salad and I would happily visit here again.
