This was our second time in after a great first experience of wine tasting and Parmesan fries (that were made in a dedicated fryer.) Last night the restaurant was very busy though and despite great interaction with the server and solid answers about the food prep and celiac safety, I ordered shrimp and grits since I thought that would be super safe. Unfortunately my meal came out with bread on the plate…they quickly remade my meal, apologized a bunch of times, and even discounted our bill a bit, but I’ll be weary of visiting again during their busy times. To their credit I didn’t have any reaction after the meal, so it was prepared correctly the second time.

The majority of menu items can be made gluten free. They have their own GF flatbread they use for pizza and sandwiches. The kitchen has a dedicated fryer for fries and chips. There are GF dessert options. Great food, service, and atmosphere.
