I have an extreme wheat allergy and was able to enjoy their gluten free bagel toasted with cream cheese with no issues.

When I told them I had celiac and asked if they could take any additional precautions with my GF bagel they said they could not make any promises there would not be cross contamination. I went for it anyway. I asked for it not to be toasted.

The GF bagel itself wasn’t very good. I got ham, egg, cheese in it. I didn’t get sick but I’m also asymptomatic.

I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was just okay. I did not get sick. I would recommend getting Canyon Bakehouse bagels at the grocery store and making what you want at home. It’ll probably be better.

GO HERE. If you’re in Tahoe definitely make a stop. I was specific everywhere we went about my celiac and need for glove changes etc. Didn’t get sick at all, and the gluten free bagel with ham, egg, and cheese with avocado was AMAZING. Very sensitive and didn’t have any issues.

I had a great experience at Tahoe Bagel Company. They not only had a delicious gluten free bagel (it was even fluffy), but they also were super careful about cross contamination when I let them know I had celiac.
