I explained that my daughter and I have Celiac Disease, and that we could have nothing that contained soy sauce, flour, etc. They have a couple of rice noodle options. They can also substitute non-breaded meats for their recipes that normally are breaded, like General Tso’s. They were also to make their Hot and Sour Twice-Cooked Pork with Cabbage without soy sauce. It was amazing. This was the first Chinese we’ve had since our diagnosis. Taigu was a family favorite prior to gluten free and I’m so excited they are an option again. Neither of us had any reaction to our meals.
