This is the Asian restaurant at the Ritz Carlton. They are mostly known for their sushi, which my husband ate, but I had the fried rice with shrimp & it was delicious. They used a gluten free soy sauce to make it. I also had the edamame & it had a spicy seasoning on it, which was also gluten free. They did not have a separate gf menu, but were very accommodating to most items on the menu.
