Taj has been a staple of mine for years. Great take-out and dine-in options. Curries, tandoori and rice dishes definitely gluten free. Many appetizers use chick pea flour but not sure they use a dedicated fryer. Currently no GF menu and no buffet since COVID.

I got sick once after eating something breaded in chick pea batter, but 90% of the time I have been ok. Their food is delicious.
Most of the Indian food is gluten free. I have eaten at the buffet about a dozen times. I have never gotten sick from eating there. Daily buffet is only $9.95.
