Staff above and beyond to answer questions and assure me food is safe. Only reaction I had from the lunch buffet was getting too full from eating too much cuz it was so dang good! They even brought me a special crispy bread substitute since naan has wheat. Soooo nice!

Most of the items on their menu are naturally gluten free, and they're extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about those that are not. I had the chicken makhani and it gives with bread but they substituted popadum which is gluten free. Everything was so good, and the staff were amazing!
