We eat here regularly. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu. Except for the breads and desserts, almost all of the menu is gluten free. They use chick pea flour for a lot of their breaded items. I don’t usually order anything fried so I am unsure about dedicated fryers.
